Feature Requests

I would like the ability to group clients or team members within the platform for easier management and tracking. It would be helpful to save these groupings for future reference, so I don't have to manually select them each time.

I would like the ability to filter participants by difficulty level and group them based on their experience. This would help in tailoring the scenarios to different skill levels and tracking their progress effectively.

I would like a feature that allows me to upload a list of participants and create accounts for them in bulk, rather than adding each user individually.

I would like the ability to create new plans with different minutes directly on the dashboard, as currently, we can only assign existing plans.

Listing of pending user invites as it's difficult to remember who you sent invites too if you're sending to a longer list and then have to readd them to resend the invites instead of a resend button in the platform.
