Feature Requests

I would like to have the ability to patch Tivi into calls for better integration into our existing ecosystem. This would allow for more seamless communication and feedback during calls, enhancing our organizational capacity and accountability.

It would be useful to have insights into how fundraisers engage with the platform, especially if they avoid certain scenarios after negative feedback, to better support their development.

I believe creating specific scenarios for onboarding new deans, especially those unfamiliar with advancement, would be helpful. It could align their understanding with the institution's goals and processes.

I think using Practivated as a tool in performance plans for team members who are struggling would be beneficial. It could help them regain focus and improve their skills through structured practice scenarios.

I would like the platform to evaluate only the relevant skills for each conversation, rather than all 16 skills, especially when certain skills are not applicable to the conversation's goal.

I think there's huge potential for using the platform for donor segmentation and creating language around audience profiles. It would be great to have features that support building personas and targeting specific segments.

I would love to have a way for board members to use the platform without being regular users. It would be great if they could access certain programs or features without needing a full account.

I would like the ability to customize Tivi to ask specific questions during debrief conversations, as defined by our prospect management and research team. This would help ensure that all necessary information is captured consistently in contact reports.

I would like Practivated to help with benchmarking and success rates, such as predicting close rates based on donor scenarios.

I think once the mobile access point gets better, usage might increase. It would be great to have a more robust mobile experience.
